Ok heres the story, I play reciever for an NAIA school. My goal is to move from reciever to free safety after the year is over. My main problem is my size. 6'1 175lbs. I have 6 weeks left in this season, so I have a while b4 i start to bulk up. I just want to get it into my mind that I am really gona lift hard and do everything right that i have to. My goal will be to go from 175 to 190-195 in the course of two months. This will be very hard to do for someone like me that has tried to gain wieght their whole life and have not.
My main focus now are the supplements that I will be taking, and dieting during these two months. I plan on taking caffiene pills and ephedrine, and loading up on the carbs prior to my workout routines. I would also like to throw in some No2 which i have heard great things about. And one of the main things is i have to keep my speed while bulking.
Anyones input or ideas with this would be greatly appreciated!!!!
T-minus 41 days left in the season/until bulking begins.
Check out the diet and nutrition section for what you should be eating, and do a search for a routine (WBB1, BGB, Westide, 5*5, etc.). Big compound movements, rest, and a caloric excess with plenty of protein are key.
