    before u say anything i was trying to break my briefs in so not even close to parrallel

    thats pretty cool, looks like a commercial gym with a monolift. thats a TON of weight. it shouldn't be too hard for you to hit parallel when you get those broken in, seeing as how you're going to have enough weight to push someone past parallel with 3 ace squatters on.

    WELL KINGKONG first you should break the briefs in first. no knee wraps it will help with pushing your knees apart and you will get much more out of using around 505 to 605 with around 4 to 6 sets of chains each side with doing 4 to 6 sets of doubels to build absoulte strength and or doing 4 to 6 sets of singles using speed strength method .this will get you strong try it and you will be able to get down.more chains more stabilty for the big squatter. later let me know what happens squatzilla

    true but the squats

    Working with overload weight is great but you have to squat down and make the gear work for you and using the right numbers to achieve that .hey he looks strong though and using the numbers that i talked about early post will work believe that .phil harrington westside barbell.

    OK well i might put on new shirts and groove them with maybe boards or reverse band bench,since i dont have a meet until the pro am ,gives me plenty of time.

    Mkae sure youre sitting back into the briefs as well. If you sid straight down, youre not going to get nearly as much out of them.

    Kind of, but pushing your hips back. The further back you push your hips, the more it loads up your hips, hams, and glutes, and ultimately your gear(briefs, suit). Sitting down shifts emphasis to the quads, and doesnt load your gear properly to get the most out of it.
