    Fooz...rawr! He wants MOAR!

    Allright so I'm deciding to start up an online journal just to see how my progression goes. A little about myself: I'm 15 years old 5'6 and 165 pounds. I'm going to be pushing myself to about 180 pounds or so. My overall goal for now at least is going to be 315 bench press at 15 or an early 16 year old. It's going to be tough i know, but it's really time to push it. My current max out is 225. Well that's pretty much it for right now, anyone can post in here whenever.. i hope to see some helpful criticism. Thanks all.

    Didn't have much time in the gym, becuase i had a detention for being about 5 - 10 minutes late to class, becuase i was ****tin in the bathroom. But anyway..

    DB Press:

    Triceps:
    (Pull Downs)

    (Skull Crushers)

    Pullups:

    Feelin' pretty good today, even though I came in a bit late.. but all went pretty well.

    Foods:
    7:15 2 English Muffins, 3 Slices Canadian Bacon, 3 Eggs, Milk
    11:15 Broccoli, Potatoes, Chicken(Grilled). Chicken (Fried) wrap, w/ cheese and salsa.
    5:30 Stromboli -- Chicken, Cheese, Bread. RITZ toasted chips, Protein shake.
    (Eating more later on, will update)

    I definately need to start eating every few hours, oh well tomorrow.

    It was freekin' so damn hot today. Ginny T drenched aswell as shirt, i haven't sweat that much since I did tons of cardio two years ago. Anyway.

    I think my deadlift technique is fairly poor -- considering the numbers.

    PS: Also, thinking about slowing down bulk... gaining to much weight... ass feels huge today... Weight: 167 Lbs .. gunna have to make up for it tomorrow hittin the squats babeh!

    Today wasn't one of my best. Weight room was closed at school, so I had to workout at home. I was suppose to do squats, but didn't even want to attempt.

    Today was awesome, I didn't hit the squats, cuz I just had to do bench. I'll do squats on Monday.

    Close Grip BP:

    115 x 3 (Grip was messed)
    115 x 3 ~ Wrists were F'd up.

    I was trying out the JM press... asking around the gym for some advice and no one had any idea. I asked the football coach and had no idea what a "JM" Press was. I also felt pretty good today becuase, after hitting the 225, then grabbing the weights for the 245, the coach was like... "Who's doing this" I said i was ... and he just smiled and kinda laughed. He was like "You did that" and i said yeah... he then didn't say anything. That just kinda made my day.

    PS: Just downed 3 double BK stackers, w/ some fries and Dr. Pepper. Yumm!

    I only did deadlifts today, becuase i had to work out at home.. very limited when doing excercises.

    300 x 1 PR + 25 =]
    135 x 15

    The 300 pull felt great, definately feel i can put up another 15 lbs next session.

    Yeah man i really hope i can get the 300 + bench! If i keep the weight i'm gaining i think i will be able to do it. I've gained about 15 pounds this last month. Feeling pretty thick right now.

    I'm looking to hit 275 next week for one rep, it wasn't extremely hard but it was a bit difficult, alot harder then reg squats.

    Leg Press:
    3pps - 6 pps 5 - 8 reps

    Decided to do some rows becuase i missed doing it yesterday.

    Rows:
    100 x 10
    110 x 8
    135 x 8
    150 x 6

    Pull downs:
    80 x 12
    110 x 8
    135 x 5
    150 x 5
    165 x 5
    180 x 5

    Could've kept going but was starting to get a bit tired.

    Pullups:
    BW + 25 4 x 1

    Well that's pretty much it for today... good workout was fun.

    CoCoa: Thanks man, my form is getting alot better, so i think thats why the deadlifts are getting easier.

    update: My upper back is hurting quite a bit, the top right. I'd assume this is normal becuase i've never went this low on a squat. Not sure though, I hope this doesn't affect my other lifts for tomorrow.

    My legs and upper back were hurting a bit. Mostly my legs, from those damn squats. Anyway decided to do some bench and tri's, think i'm going to rest tomorrow.

    I wanted three of 185, couldn't do it

    Did a ton of pull downs, two sets of skull crushers - one set of curls 95 x 6.

    two sets of H-Rolls and a set of shoulder press.

    H-rolls were pretty hard . haha

    Now today was a totally different story. I got a chance to work out in my schools gym during phys ed. I had so much energy... i have no idea why.

    EDIT: Probably due to the fact of 10 ladies riding bikes watching me..

    Today was pretty crazy. I worked out in pysh ed again. Just deadlifts tho. At around 7 i went to the YMCA with my friend and pretty much hit everything in sight. I'm whiped... the only PR i got today was my deadlift.

    Did a set of hang cleans. Hit some bench press, skull crushers, pull downs, DB Press, Curls, Preacher Curls, Chest Flys. That's pretty much it. Tired as hell and going to go take a shower.

    EDIT: The 315 was 100% raw, no wrist wraps or belt.
