Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Weight 173

    Bench: 135x2x8 155x2x8 175x1 -- 175x2
    Hang Cleans: 135x5 155x3 175x2 185x1 205x0
    Preachers: 70x10 85x10 95x6 100x4 115x2
    Military Press: 95x8 115x4

Bench was bad, shoulder press was bad. Hang cleans i was happy with. 185 was a PR, aswell as 175x2. Next round i'll be going for 205. I'm catching back up.. slowly.

    Thank you all btw.

Way to get back in there Fooz. I know it can be a bit of a mental struggle, when you have trouble moving weight that you think should be easy.

    weight: 170

    back squat: 135x8 225x5
    hack squat: 225x8 315x5 365x4 405x2
    shoulder press: 110x2x8 100x8 90x8
    preachers: 85x8 100x5 115x3
    Lateral Raises: 15x4x2
    Military Press: 95x8 95x5

Back squats... felt like a ton i haven't squatted in a long ass time. First time doing hacksquats, seemed pretty easy. I'm not sure why i did shoulders but i was pretty fried today, not much pain in my left.. which i'm happy about.

I'm going to be trying out up your bench 30 lbs in 30 days, I've never got past 230 on the bench, so it's time to pick it up.

I hate hack squatting. **** makes my knees scream. Strong numbers you've got there, bro. Why did you hit shoulder press and then military press? Was this "The Shoulder-thon" workout or something?

Good work big foooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooz. Im ssure everyone would agree with you after squatting its a bitch to start back up again. The lightest weight feels like a ton and you even know why but it doesnt help! Good luck on that 30lb in 30 days man, I want to see you make it work so I know there might be a sliver of hope for myself!

    Bench: 195x2 195x0
    DB Bench : 25sx40
    Hang Clean: 135x5 175x4 (PR+2) 205x0

Bench is coming back which is nice. The first rep was a bit slow, second was very slow!! lol. I'm still waiting to get back to 205x4.

I'm pretty happy with my self on the hang cleans, 175x4 is a PR. The problem with 205 is, i can throw it up to my chest, i just can't catch it and throw my wrists back. Any advice on this, guys?

I'm far from an expert, and it's really hard to tell without a video, but you're probably pulling the weight up with your arms, rather than using hip extension to get the weight up. If you're using a proper hip extension your elbows will naturally whip underneath the bar so you're in the proper rack position.

great hang cleans from the other day. I find hang cleans harder than full ROM from the ground because you don't get all the momentum going. good stuff in here.
