The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    135 x 5 , 225 x 4 , 275 x 2 , 305 x 1, 325 x 1 , (+5 PR) 345 x 1 (PR + 25)

Really pysched about the + 25 on the deadlift, 345 came up pretty quick, i think i've got about 365 in the next week or two. My dad was watchin' me do it, I first told him how much it is, and he said okay.. (Pretty much, good luck kid). **** flew up. After he's like "Go take more steroids". I just laughed.

    Coke: Thanks broski.
BJ: Thanks man, just started doing them.

Hey bro last two days looked good. Congrats on that PR. You seem to be progressing pretty well on the deads man. Also unless the school BF test was a double x-ray test I would just ignore whatever they tell you. Its really hard to be accurate unless they know what they are doing and have some high tech stuff.

    Thanks borracho and rob!

So today was the football testing. 40 M, Bench Press, Vertical, and Shuttle Run.

For those of you that don't know. I'm a center.

    40 M = 4.9 - 5.0
    Vertical = 20
    Bench Press = 165 x 8
    Shuttle Run = 4.8

NICE on that deadlifting. 25lb pr's are huge bro! Also you are way too strong to only be 15. What is it with everybody on these boards getting mohawks? Good job on the cardio last week too, that's bs that hardly anyone showed up for it.

    75 x 12
    95 x 10
    105 x 10
    125 x 7
    135 x 3

    - Tricep work. Curls. Ran.

Good workout. Shoulders were feeling strong as hell, blowing kids in my grade outta the water (not to brag haha)... was keeping up pretty well with one of the biggest lineman on the team. So i was happy.

    bigmoney: Thanks alot man.

Dirk: Thanks for stopping by man. My deadlift is getting alot better. I'm not that strong for 15, but i'm working on it. Mohawks is just going to be the football thing really. Chicks are digging it, so i don't mind

CrazyK: Thanks for stopping by. Thanks for the compliment.

Jed: I was planning on doing a one rep max, but i guess he wanted to see our endurance or something... Thanks for the compliment Jed, appreciated.

Nice 40 time, especially for a center. Hell, you could probably play linebacker.
