    Day 4 - Military Press
    Standing Military Press - 45x5, 95x5, 115x5, 135x5, 135x5
    JM Press - 135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 195x5, 225x5
    Rear Fly - 25x12, 25x12, 35x12, 35x12, 35x12
    Bent Row - 135x8, 155x8, 185x8, 225x8
    Rope Pushdown - 80x10, 80x10, 80x10
    Hanging Leg Raises - 3x12

    Treadmill - 15min @ 3mph

    Deutsch - Working Back To The Platform

    Day 1 - Squat
    Squat - 155x10, 185x5, 245x2, 275x1, 315x1
    High Box Squat - 275x5, 315x3, 335x2
    Hyperextension - 4x10
    Single Leg Curl - 4x10
    Decline Abs - 4x10
    DB Shrugs - 3x12

    Treadmill - 10min @ 3.2mph
