Allright so I'm deciding to start up an online journal just to see how my progression goes. A little about myself: I'm 15 years old 5'6 and 165 pounds. I'm going to be pushing myself to about 180 pounds or so. My overall goal for now at least is going to be 315 bench press at 15 or an early 16 year old. It's going to be tough i know, but it's really time to push it. My current max out is 225. Well that's pretty much it for right now, anyone can post in here whenever.. i hope to see some helpful criticism. Thanks all.
