    UD 2 and dehydration

    why would you be dehydrated during this diet I dont recall anything about not being able to consume water?
    I have a feeling i may catch some heat for this question but it has been bothering me.

    I don't understand your question. Are you asking why anyone would ever be dehydrated during this diet? Well they would if they're not drinking enough water, plainly enough.

    As I'm sure you know, drink plenty of water always and even more on carb-load day.

    Caffeine = diuretic
    Ephedrine = diuretic

    Both "turn off" ADH (antidiuretic hormone)


    With the loss of carbs/glycogen comes loss of water as well.

    It is mentioned in the book something about being dehydrated and I was thinking why would you be if you are drinking lots of water.
    Anyway I think Slim cleared that up for me
