I'm 5'10" 140lbs. I've been eating like a toothpick all my life. So now I'm bulking. It's very, very hard.
I'm thinking of buying a weight gainer. Basically what I do is (i'm bulking on 3500cals a day). I eat 2000-2500cals worth of food, then make a huge protein shake at night (1000-1500)cals. I add ice-cream peanut butter bananas milk and whey. But now I'm thinking if I buy a weight gainer, I could really use the extra 600cals. What do you guys think?
