Hey, I was busy for awhile with finishing school and all, but now I have more time to keep a journal again. Right now, my best lifts are squat-510lbs., bench-300lbs., and deadlift-435lbs (all raw). Lifting's been going really well so far this year, been able to stay mostly injury-free besides a few minor things, unlike some of the problems I had last year. Also, I'm weighing around 250lbs. right now.
So here's today's training then:
Had to train at 11am since the gym closed early today. That's way too early for me. I was so tired after the first 3 sets.
285x3 (1st rep paused)
Went well. 285x3 wasn't too hard.
