***tonite i trained at the la fitness which wasn't far from the hotel though i think next time after fridays' session, i'll try main event fitness. but i have been busy with classes for my job here in atlanta. speed bench was very fast as it shocked me! i have one set on vid that i will post up when i get back home. 315 with CG was very fast! it was pretty crowded too so i wanted to get out quick...lol! did some hammer strength pulldowns which i loaded it up to 5 plates and a quarter for a set of 8 and it wasn't heavy still! LOL!! my back is gettin damn strong to say the least and moving at a fast pace on these sessions has leaned me out a bit so i'll have to ask casey is this suppose to happen...lol! did some push presses which i wasn't in good form for the first 2 sets but got better with the last two. i'll alternate these in for the next week or so and see what happens. as for the powerlifting crew, i have 5 guys that are interested so the next step would be to find a training grounds...

***trained at NGBB today on squats and man they ****in love to squat. i started out with the SSB and worked up to 405 for 2 sets of 5 and went to the regular bar squats and worked up to 398 for 5 and 451 for 5. the 451 was done with wraps. i hadn't squatted in a few weeks and it showed. boy, my stamina was ****in down and gotta work on that ****. did some stiff legged deads and called it day.

Good 3 board work chief. Also like how you went to a regular bar on squats after the SSB. Most seem to stick with the SSB the whole session. I'm a big fan of "reminding" your body what's normal, if even for only a few sets.

***tonite was just speed/rep work after a week off. i also managed to tweak my pec a bit...thanx to paul and casey, i decided to do some rep work tonite. everything felt good...got as many reps as i could with 315 on bench. so far, the new job is goin well...i'm goin to be back on my feet soon but my next issue to deal with is a new car...lol!! i'm goin to drop a speed bench vid from atlanta with chk greens...

**bw is a little low but it hasn't effected my strength at all so some jacked about that. between the CG floor presses and lockouts, my tris are goin to be torched for the next few days but that's fine...can't wait to squat on monday...i also did dips today with 2 45s for the first time...like i said, my strength hasn't left me and i'm very happy about that. goin to be working my ass off for the next few days but the "storm" is about to past that has been hanging over me for a good while now and will finally get back onto my feet and get back to bein fat and happy...lol!! pretty psyched about puttin this team together here in birmingham...but we'll see what happens...

***today i could wait to bust in and hammer some ****in PRs!! i hate takin time off! yea...i'm ****in 310...so what? my strength didn't suffer so i happy about that. PRed and did 365 off 2-board w/ dbl minis and chk greens for a single. then dropped the mini and went full range and worked up to 405 and 430. did some dip after that and probably did a total of 5 sets on them too...i lost count! lol!! finished up with some pulldowns, pushdowns, and h-rolls for the shoulders. i'm very pleased that even with the time off, my strength hasn't suffered...we'll see what the next few months will hold...the vids are below...

***tonite was my first session with trent and boy we kicked some ass. i have never been balls to the wall like this in a while and i ****in loved it. gotten a headache from squats...gotta love it!! worked up to 495 for a single with chk greens and trent did 405 with chk greens...its only a matter of time before he really gets strong! he and another friend of mine are goin to the meet next saturday and hopin these two get bit by the bug like i did...
