How much do you suppose an average sized chicken breast has? (Calories, protein)

    I tried to check online.
    One site told me 121 cal (18p), another 328 cal (48p) ;>_>

We're talking average size; about that of a large potato i guess. With bones, with skin, grilled... I could take a picture if necessary. <_<

    Thanks in advance

    ~300.

Weigh it and find out. I've had chicken breast be anywhere form 4 to 11oz.

I really like the site below. I cannot contest to how accurate it is, but for most things it compares to the package. You can also select portion size in the dropdown box at the top. They have alot of foods in their database.
