While most of these kinds of workouts suck, this one lives up to it. BUT I think it sucks a lot less than most.
Anyone ever heard of this?
My barber loves that program but she only did it for like a month and enrolled into a gym.

I have a bunch of the videos(7 gigs worth) on a harddrive somewhere. Nice thing is that it is not equipment intensive and they do a great job of introducing people of different skill strengths into the system. It is pretty intense because the do not rest a lot and it is a lot of volume of reps. I still prefer traditional weight lifting.

Started in Oct 06" weighing 138 lbs and fat(30%+ bf), knowing nothing, and could barely rep the 45 lb bar at bench. Ate my way to 175.5! Cut myself down to 145, lost muscle along way, trying to bulk to 180 and cut again.
Dead lift: 4x285
Piles of money for a workout routine. If there was some magic routine everyone would know about it. Just stick with the ussual stuff.
my dad bought that for himself. and last summer he was doing it. it look good so i started doing it since i had nothing better to do that summer i gotta tell u i got results i would of have more but i had a lot of cheat days n sometimes i did it just like half way and stuff but i got results i got tricepts i started getting a 6-pac with the ab ripper x its a good ab work out better than doing crunches.
im gonna do it this summer again and im going to try not to screw around while im doing it so i can get better results
P90x is NO JOKE! Ive known several people on it that were in modertaly good shape before and now they a shredded to all hell, and not like scrawny shredded either. They added alot of bulk as well. If you got the motivation to stick with it, it will seriously transform your physique...Once i find that motivation I plan to give it an honest go lol.
p90x is good. I use the ab ripper routine, and its fantastic.
I just couldn't see anyone getting strong with a routine like that.
Instead of that rest week I would incorporate some heavy lifting!
no, its not good for strength training, it just gets you ripped
I saw this in a maxim magazine the other day.....that's how you know it must be good.l
