Hey everyone, I know this is the best lifting forum on the net, so I thought I would come to you all for advice. I'm an 18 year old baseball player from Maryland and I just finished my freshman year at college. After seeing what it takes to play successfully in college, I know I have to hit the weights hard. I'm 6'3' 180lbs and have lifted only a little in my past. I recently joined the gym and bought protein shakes and am fully dedicated. I was just wondering if there's a certain workout plan I should follow or how often I should go? I know I'm being very vague, but that's why I came to you all. Hopefully you can help
