unfortunately, it was on squat, not bench.
Anyway, I threw 315 on today and got it up 3 times. I went for a fourth but didn't go all the way down. I'm really hoping to get up to 375 in the next few months, trying to get into the 1k club.

315 for a triple on squats is nothing to scoff at. Plus, you didn't count count the fourth because it was too shallow, which means you're an honest guy, which means I like you.
