So I've been here for a while, moved around a lot, and decided im gonna go to college. Im 20 years old i was in college for about a year and a half already. I played football in school and was insanely fast around a 5.5 50yard dash. Im going to get back into shape and try out for the college team. In school i was about 5'9 180Lbs I wasn't really in good shape but could still run fast. I think that if i got into better shape then i am now I could be extremely fast.
I've been using the Wbb1.1 from here the last few months. I want to know if anyone has a football routine i've gotten good gains from wbb1.1 but I want to change it up for my area.

I'd start with a full body routine or westside, incorporate some HIIT and crossfit with caloric surplus
Westside would be good to check into. Also, check out the football routine KingKong made in the GPP section(It hink it is there). That looks like a great football routine weightlifiting routine. As for running, sprint. Different distances. Start with a little and add a bit each week. Also do some form running, and maybe even plyometrics once a week. Zen's ideas are great too.
