    update pics

First picture is a before picture. Just thought I would post some results. Cut from Nov-Dec, clean bulk from Jan-mid Apr, cutting again. Last two pics taken May 4th. Thanks goes out to all the WBB members and founders for facilitating such a large pool of knowledge, which made my change in body comp. possible!

Nice Bro. What did your routine look like? How much weight were you able to gain on your bulk?

routine varied every three weeks or so. heavy compound lifts, relatively high volume (even though its negatively regarded), two minute breaks between sets, and a lot of help came from training to complete the 300 workout. i gained about 16 lbs on my bulk
