    695lb Giant camberd bar box squat 16in box

    Whats the point of the cambered bar? A different center of gravity in the squat?

    Its helped me learn to stay tight all the way through the squat. Its acts like a pendelum and swings if u dont stay tight and screw up. Its helped my squat tons. If u roll over on the way up while squating this is the bar for u. I used it for 4 wks str8 in Dec.

    Ya its great to have the diff bars. I tihnk we have upwards of 4 diff bars.
