Okay since I started bulking its been about 1 and a half weeks of eating alot more than I normally do, I don't know exactly how many calories it is but it is probably at least 2k more a day than I normally used to eat. Ive gained 7 pounds in 1 and a half weeks and Im very impressed. Ive also started using MASS-TECH about once every 2 days. I was thinking about using it twice a day when I work out (which is 5 days a week). Also I was thinking about taking either NAno Vapor, NO explode, or Blackpowder. Any suggestions?
Add in supplements a few weeks later if things are going accordingly.
You will thank yourself later becuase this way you will be able to determine what works.
It would be easy to start a bulk and start a particular supplement at the same time, and assume the supplement was contributing.
I wouldn't be saying this if I hadn't wished I had done the same years ago, and saved an ass ton on cash.

Seriously though, being a new lifter (3 months in), and trying a bunch of stuff, I can say this much at this point in progress: the gaining supplements mean nothing. The only thing I can justify using is whey protein, but I am making gains as a noob with or without them as long as the calories are there and in proper ratios.
If you are beefing up your diet and keeping it steady, the initial extra poundage is more often than not undigested food. So what I would say is keep it up and go easy on the carbs with respect to the protein. Ignore the supplements for a few months, unless it is a protein supplement. Even then, don't get caught up in the hype of nitric oxide pumpatron BS. That crap (usualy nothing more than herbs and l-arginine) just dilates the veins a little, does nothing for permanent gains.
Good luck with the bulk, count up the calories accurately!

looking to gain weight..just eat.. make sure your supplements are quality and they're SUPPLEMENTS to your diet..not vice versa.
Eat alot but eat CLEAN and make sure you're not just taking in cals for the sake of it.. but regardless.. figure out how many cals it takes to run that machine of a body of yours and start eatint about five hundred to a thousand over it until you start gaining weight on the AVERAGE of one or two lbs a week..any more than that and it's not a SOLID bulk.. seven lbs in less than two weeks I can't say is a good thang baby! HAHA
as far as supplements to help gain weight.. ALN makes GREAT stuff.. MAXIMUS being the top weight gainer out there. AWESOME taste and the quality is second to none as far as ingredients go and really help you pound down the cals if you need a few more in your day. NITREAN with whole milk is a good idea too! Either way you' can't go wrong.
