The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

How outdated? Should be okay if it's not too far passed expiration... I stock beer in grocery stores, and last week one of the salesmen said to put some slightly expired beer (less than a week) up front to sell before the new stuff. So it probably won't make you sick! Might just not taste as good.

Depends on how old really. If it's a few months or less I wouldn't worry about it. Me and a buddy found two cans of like 25 year old schlitz at his grandpas cabin and tried them. First sip was ****(obviously) so we ended up pouring them out. Ah, to be 12 again.

I drank a year old beer that I found under a friends chair, tasted bad but didn't make me sick.

Actually I like this idea the best. First one to spill their drink at the next party gets to drink this one.

What kind of beer is it? If it's something that ages well then drink up, if it's piss then I like the penalty idea.

It was sam adams winter lager. And it was outdated by 2 months.

I did the penalty beer thing and my friend said that it tasted awful, but he likes heinekins so its easy to say he doesnt know what hes talking about.

I drank it later in the night tasted ok. Im still alive, but hungover as all hell.

I've had that in April/May and it was definitely past its prime, but it didn't age too badly. For some reason my GF drank a year old Miller Lite the other day... it was like vaguely malt-flavored gatorade.

Yeah I don't know how well the Yuengling will have held up, although cans are about as good as you can get for keeping the environment closed. That SA Winter Lager is one of my favorites of theirs, so I tend to hoard a couple six packs for once they're out of season.
Some old beer is great... I've got a mini fridge set to 55 full of tasty belgian beers, imperial stouts and barleywines. Yum.

Decent beer gets better with age. Once I found some bottles in the loft that were over five years out of date. They were drinkable, but had gotten incredibly strong.

Of course if you're drinking Budweiser or something, then you may as well just pour it down the sink. Even if it's fresh.

I never understood by budweiser drinkers are so turned off by drinking piss, its better then the beer they drink.

Because americans drink to get drunk. Its alot easier and cheaper to drink 15 budwiser or miller lights in the shower, then it is to drink Samuel Smiths oatmeal strout through a beer bong.

Any one play beer pong with a doublebock? Or shotgun a Weizenbock?
    that would make me vomit.

anyways I usally drink a budwiser or budlight if i want to get drunk. If im eatting dinner or casualy drinking, ill pick up something more flavorfull.
