    25% OFF bands at elitefts.com

Not sure if this is allowed, but the deal was worth risking it. All bands are 25% off until Monday morning.

Aside from UPS's insane brokerage fees. And EFS will NOT ship with USPS.

If I only want to get one general purpose band, which one would be the best?

not sure your strength but probably a light band. Can maybe bench with it, squats, reverse band, pushdowns. It is the "middle" band in regards to tension/strength

Got a pair of lights, minis, monsters on the way.

Yeah, I just spent like $95 on bands two weeks ago. Oh well, they are worth it full price if they long as last as people say. Plus I use them less than most I'm sure, so I'll hopefully get a few years out of em.

they're pretty sturdy as long as you take good care of them.
