Ive been doing weight for bout 2 months and my results are just definition.
The reason im doing them is because im trying to look better built and bigger because im really skinny and lankey.
got any advice on how to bulk up?

quite simply, you're going to have to eat more. take whatever you're eating now, and add in an extra couple of slabs of meat and a protein shake. if nothing has changed in 6 weeks, report back.

maybe some tin tuna
then eat more of whatever it was that you just ate. Make sure to have your diet and routine in check too, because eating a ton and demanding enough out of your body will create body fat. You look just like I did when I started. It can be done.

Throw in lots of nuts to get easy calories in. Have shakes in between meals, at night, etc to add in more calories. Don't just have protein powder with water, mix it with milk, throw in some natural peanut butter, throw in some frozen fruit,etc, anyway to get some good calories in there.
BTW, your 14, lots of time to grow, just stick to the basics, eat a lot of good food, and you WILL succeed!

2 PB sandwiches and 2 glasses of milk before bed always helped me.

goal: 225 @ < 10% bodyfat
If i eat tonnes with the fat go all to my stomuch or all over my body?
Should i eat more on the day that im gonna work out really hard?
or the same amount each day?
