    Bicep routine "For The Ladies"

    Are your testicles larger than your biceps? If so than "For The Ladies" routine will not only pack on bicep mass but give you a large pump. Make those testicles look like itty bitty marbles using this:

    Dumbell curls 3.99 sets of 32x10^23 reps (I usually use like 100 ton dumbells)

    Barbell curls 2 sets of 100x23^3 (I usually do less reps, hard on the wrists)

    Preacher curls 666 sets of 666 reps (Must be done in a church or religious establishment of your choice... except Scientology)

    Than pour apple cider vinegar on your biceps to increase growth rate. Numerous undisputed studies have shown that apple cider vinegar is good. Trust.

    I repeat this 34x10^2 times before I take a rest and start over.

    Doesn't hit the third head of the biceps the same way This one does.

    you forgot this important statement from that routine

    After guns, pecs is the second most important muscle group. It consists of three different muscles, the upper pecs, the lower pecs and the middle or main pecs.

    i hate when people say to work biceps to do deadlifts, thats so stupid. I work biceps 2 - 3 times a week and its helped all my lifts too, even squats because now i can hold more weight on my shoudlers and my arms are stronger.

    You weigh 160lbs, you bench only slightly more than bodyweight. You squat less than bodyweight, and you curl less than my grandmother. I'm not saying what you said was wrong (although it mostly is), I'm just saying maybe YOU aren't the best example of why direct biceps training works...
