I'm new around here and to lifting....I just have a quick questions about my diet. I am currently eating a lot better after being some what of a takeaways junkie lol and am starting to try to sort out a calorie counted diet. My question is (I have quiet high bf% prob 20-25%) if I have never really lifted before would I be best to eat at maintenance while doing WBB1.1 to try burn some fat then slowly adding in calories as i go? or should i just go all out into a bulking diet?
