    light headed and dizzyness after lifts and shortness of breaths after lifts?

    ok first of all im going to admit that my diet has not been like it usually was for the past two months because my mom lost her job and cant afford to feed my eating habit. She said I eat way too much and it costs her too much money to buy weightlifting food, but whatever. Neways just like the title says, I have been having extremem shortness of breaths and feeling light headed to the point of feeling like i am going to pass out during and after my lifts! Is it becaue i havent' been eating enough or what? what could it be? i have never felt like this before?
