1 Stone of muscle within 6 months!

I've gained 1 stone (14 pounds) of muscle within 6 months of weight training? Is that good?

This means I weight 11 stones, should I aim to 12 stones?

How do you know that is all muscle?
Some fo the weight you gained is going to be water and fat.

Well about 6 months ago I have weighed and measured my muscles, even done a body fat examination. My muscles have increased in size, body fat remains the same and I actually feel bigger and the muscles feel toned and big.

Yes thats pretty good, especially if most or all is muscle. I have gained 39 pounds in about 8 months but a bunch is fat. Since you sound pretty new you should be trying to gain as much as possible IMO. So continue to eat enough to support more weightgain (muscle weight of course) and grow. Great job, keep it up.

good job, it's not impossible to gain that in the time you've done it. I did it one month, I believe you.
