Recently I've experienced a lot of pain in my groin area. It's now to the point where it's intolerable and I'm unable to squat or pull with a wide stance. It runs from the top inner portion of my thighs to roughly the hip area. I experience this only when pulling with a sumo stance and squatting with a wide stance. What has caused this and how can I fix this problem?
