    Ben, when using boards with your shirt really focus on staying tight and by that I mean you bring the bar down, barely tap the board or touch the board and press. It looked like all your first reps were solid then each thereafter plopped on the board or dropped on the board. Stay tight and barely touch the board with all reps...
