Been down since August. My shoulder aches when I do pull ups, pushups or bench press. Anyone have anything similar to this. How long did it last and what did you do?
I've had two shots of cortisone, multiple therapy sessions, an MRI and met with a surgeon who did not recommend surgery. Everyone I met with has told me it's going to be a couple of months. Going on 10 months now.
Frustrated. Put on 20lbs of the 40 I lost. I'm an all or nothing guy. No bench, no pullups=no gym, no running. In a rut.
unfortunately tendon injuries are notoriously slow healers. Best thing to do is train according to pain limitations, get your injections and follow therapy directions, also adequate nutrition and protein intake are important
