I'm going to attempt carb cycling for the first time!

I workout about 4 times a week.
My maintenance is at around 3000 kcal. I weigh 205 lbs at around 17% bf probably.

On non-workout days I will be having:

(lose weight)
200g protein
150g fat
A few carbs

The protein+fat comes to around 2200 calories. I will probably have around 300 calories of carbs just from the foods I eat. I will be eating around 2500-2600 calories on this day.

On two of the workout days:

(gain weight)
200g protein
150g fat
325g carbs

This comes to 3500 calories, gain some mass. On these days I will still be doing Ripptoe's routine but at higher reps (around 8 reps) and maybe one more set.


On two of the other workout days

(lose weight)
200g protein
100g fat
200g carbs

Still having a deficit but with less fat and more carbs at 2500 calories. On these workout days I will be lifting heavy and hard.


What do you guys think? I read around for a bit and it all makes sense from what I can tell.
