    I don't doubt it, either. That actually looks incredibly hard. I've never seen weight hang from a bar before..

    I've never seen that before. Is that to work your stabilizers more than they usually get worked?

    yep, it really makes you focus on controlling the weight

    most of the time, we'll use kettelbells and hang them from mini bands. They will really bounce all over when on mini bands. Its a great exercise when trying to teach guys how to utilize their lats. Quite obviously though Rob has the hang of using his lats hahaha.

    Occasionally I'll use kettelbell press for rehab on my off days.

    Man that is cool as heck i gotta try this but one question rob isnt that kind of heavy for a DE day or is that what you usually work out with thats like 425 for sets of 3. on these you cant really push up superfast right? because how the weight bounces around isnt that more chance of injury? Oh almost forgot to say good job You are a beast

    Yep, usually the suspended weight is used for speed work.

    That was VERY impressive Robert! 425 lbs like that is no joke!

    Lou has us do these with a Bamboo bar. The bar itself weighs only 15 pounds but the bounce and swing of the Kettlebells on minis and then the flex in the bar really makes one hell of a Chaotic state. It really really works the stabilizers big time and def makes you learn how to use your lats.

    oh I hate that freakin bar, flops around like a fish out of water

    I'm always sore the day after using that bar, very good workout

    nice job big man, now what your doing with the weight hanging with the bands, is that kind of like weight releasers but your able to do more reps? i got try this sometime never seen this before or thought of it
