I said I'd update, and although some are a bit blurred (just finished boxing, arms are a bit shakey)
I haven't been around regularly for awhile because I've been training in MMA since September. I'll post pics in another month or so but in the mean time...myspace.com/crazedwombat are some training vids of mine. Nothing too hardcore but from a guy who was out of breath doing 10 poor form push ups...it's a start. By and by, I dont do any direct arm work.

6'3, 25 now
I'm taking the slow route and I've been maintaining weight while dropping fat. It's at about a 1lb muscle a week and down a 1lb of fat. Every bit of muscle is functional strength...By and by, I dont do any direct arm work.
