In the next month or so I might be starting a new routine. I'm on Bill Starr's 5x5 right now, so it all depends on how long I can keep going on it. Next week will be my 5th week. Heres what I'm thinking. For now I can't deadlift. I need to find a good way to cover my workout room with some rubber.

Squat
Bench
Row
Shrugs

Workout B

Military Press
Chins
CG Bench
Face pulls

I'll cycle the days like Ripptoes routine states. Week 1 (A,B,A), Week 2 (B,A,B), ETC.

What do you think? I thinking maybe on friday's I'll change the set/reps to 3x10 instead of the 5x5 I'll be doing the other days. Seem ok?
