    Speed Squats

    All + Average band
    365 x 3 x 3 no belt
    405 x 3 x 3

    Deadlifts
    405 x 5 x 3
    Put these in on speed day to try and get some more work as I lose focus on the deadlift preparing for meets usually.

    Hurdle jumps
    36" hurdle x 3 jumps

    Felt ok today in the suit. Had a little trouble getting air before taking the bar out.
