Weight has been off the past few days. Been working nights so eating and sleep are off as well as weigh in times
Those are some huge anderon squats a few days back man. How is the diet going? I have been following AJ and Mark's diets and it seems like they are both getting leaner while maintaining or increasing their strength.
By the way, where do you train at?
Thanks. The diet is going good except I never eat vegetables and with the diet I eat lots 5 out of every 7 days. Strength has maintained so far but I feel recovery is lacking a bit the past few training sessions. I think Shelby might changes things a bit for the coming weeks to try and remedy any problems I'm having. As for where I train it's a little north of Texas in norhtern Canada.

Hey Chris. Thanks for stopping by. I don't know why my post count is zero. Don't post in my journal count? I train in Prince George BC Canada with 2 other lifters. We just started training in our own facility one of my training partners and I opened up. We train sports teams there as well as train ourselves. Hoping to find a meet in the fall but every meet we go to is a minimum 8 hour drive. If not in the fall probably not till next spring. The plan with weight is to compete in the 242's next meet.

Today was the first day using a regular bar since seperating my shoulder and things went pretty well. A little sore during squats but good after that. Doing the lunges was the first time in almost 3 years and it made me very sore and cramp up right after I was done. Will use these more.
