Does anyone have any ideas why my INCLINE bench seems SO hard to make any gains in? I use the incline at 45 degrees, using dbs and i've barely made any progress, but regular flat bench i've made huge gains.
Does decline bench help as well? I mean can I replace incline with decline? or should i stick to incline? I know you can't "spot" train different parts of the chest. Well not upper and lower correct?
