doing 2 sets of 8 reps
doing 3 sets of 8 reps?
an example of one of my workout days is
monday - chest/legs
flat BB bench 3x8
incline DB bench 3x8
calf raises 3x8

I respond well to heavy weight so if that's my choice 2x8 for me -for chest and legs that is...
my back responds to volume.
