i'd just go with WBB routine dude. if your new dont worry too much about routines, all you need is WBB and food for the first year and then you usually start gettin worried about routines

I agree with these guys. I learned this year I was over-complicating everything and not training correctly. Now its 5x5 of deads, squats, bench, rows, military, plus some minor isolation work and I have made more gains in the last 6 months then I have in the last 3 years... True Story.

    Stick with WBB routine.

My advice is to start something, anything. Keep a log. Train hard and consistently. Eat well. Get plenty of rest. Concentrate on improving form and patiently pushing the weights and reps. Right now, these things are so much more important than the routine or split you choose - I know it's not the advice you're asking for, but hopefully it will be something you listen to.
A child does not learn to squat from the top down. In other words, he does not suddenly make a conscious decision one day to squat. Actually, he is squatting one day and make the conscious decision to stand. Squatting precedes standing in the developmental sequence. This is the way a child's brain learns to use the body as the child develops movement patterns. Therefore, a child is probably crawling, rocks back into a squatting position with the back completely relaxed and the hips completely flexed, and stands when he has enough hip strength. This approach makes a lot of sense and can be applied to relearning the deep squat movement if it is lost. -Gray Cook

if sensei has contributed - listen. he didn't answer your question about which routine, but i think by what he said he just means pick one and stick with it. and definitely do all of the things he says!
