This is my first post on this site and i didn´t quite know where to post it, so ere goes.
I recently started working out again after 1,5 year break. i was around 200 lbs 2 months ago, but now i´m up to a surprising 210 lbs. This seems add to me cause i´ve been eating correctly (i think), a hand full of protein and carbs 6 times a day, some times more protein. I´ve also been doing some heavy lifting in order to gain mass. I suspected my weight would be the same until most of my fat eas gone, but as i said i´ve gained 10 lbs.
is this normal?
