here is my diet

meal 1 - 6:45 am
3 servings milk
vitamins
banana or 2 slices whole wheat bread

meal 2 - 11:30 am
2-3 cans tuna
2 servings water

meal 3 - 2:30 pm pre workout
4 egg whites
3 servings milk
1 slice whole wheat bread, maybe 2

meal 4 - 4:30 pm post workout
4 egg whites
maybe banana

meal 5 - 6:00 pm
sometimes whole wheat pasta
chicken w/ rice

meal 6 - 7:30 pm
some sort of meat
2 baked potatoes

meal 7 - 9:00 pm
3 servings milk
2 servings water

i have had stomache aches and feel like im gonna **** my pants when i do deadlifts/squats. is this normal?
