    How do i find out the bench press record for my weight/age?

    Ok ive been searching for the current raw bench press record for 15 years old in the range of 130-145 pounds. im gonna see if i can break some in that weight range before i turn 16 in november.

    The weight classes you are closest to are 123, 132 and 148. I'd look up whichever federation you want to compete in and check the records. There are many different feds and they all have different records.
    Best Meet Lifts(Raw w/wraps):
    @165- 435 SQ 270 BE 560 DL.....1255 total
    @181- 535 SQ 300 BE 570 DL.....1400 total
    Best Meet Lifts(Multi-ply):
    @148- 575 SQ 315 BE 515 DL.....1400 total
    @165- 680 SQ 380 BE 540 DL.....1555 total
    @181- 700 SQ 375 BE 535 DL.....1605 total
    Best Gym Lifts(Raw w/wraps)
    545 SQ 305 BE 585 DL

    can you give me an example of a federation? ide probably compete at 132

    is that in KG or pounds, if pounds it ok I guess, but not uncommon at 15 and that weight, kg would be a record.
