    ok supplements over the summer

    i was thinking of getting 100% whey, casein and some waximaize over the summer. is the casein worth getting or should i just drink milk with the whey?

    Any particular reason why? If you're 139 pounds you need to be supplementing with food. Whey and casein are both types of protein. The main difference between the two is absorbtion rates, but if you're a beginner there's no sense in making things way more complicated than they need to be. Any reputable protein powder will do for you.

    Or you could just eat some chicken.
