The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Its no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Travis, he only got 225 or something on the bench as he had trouble touching with something in the upper 600s. He pulled 700 lbs. This was one of 2 tune-up meets for the Pro-Am. Not a bad squat for a tune-up, eh?

    all i can say is

    WHAT A GREAT MEET

sam missed his first 2 attempts at 1070, but came back and nailed 1100 at a bodyweight of 219. this guy is making history, and i'm glad i got to be a part of this peice.

he benched something like 225 raw just to keep his squat, and then put a shirt on and took 2 runs at 650...couldn't touch, it looked like a new shirt. not sure. he also pulled an easy 700 pounds that looked like 225.

    some more highlights:
-brent tracey squatting 800 at a bodyweight of 198 (with 2 bum shoulders.) this guy is such a nice guy. he owns cell block gym.
-jeff from cell block pulling 755 pounds easily
-i think there were 5 world records set at this meet. all over a great time.

again, conrats sam. i'm glad i could be there to congratulate you on your success. keep givin em hell!!!!!

Thanks Chris. Thats a bummer bout the shirt. He must have gotten a new one. haha going from 225 to 650 must have felt a little odd as well
