    right arm problem

    i use said arm A LOT. i think for that reason, my right arm looks significantly thiner than the left (which i guess is more fatty ) this includes my right shoulder too!
    i just got back into lifting, and im wondering what the best approach would be to make things more symmetrical

    ideas? (and dont say get a gf !)

    use your left hand when you wack it. other than that, use dumbbells and for single arm exercises use your left hand first.
