    Any natural lifters ever tear a muscle while lifting?

    I think my bicep is a little tight and I'm worried I may tear it, it seems to hurt a little while lifting. Anyone tear anything while lifting?

    Nope, but I've known people who have. Take a few days off and see how it feels.

    yea, don't train a muscle that has discomfort. sometimes, it takes more than one week to recover
