I just realized today my brown rice nutrition facts don't even make sense...Am I right? Or am I just calculating it wrong?
Carbs = 39g x 4 = 160 (rounded from 156)
Fats = 3g x 9 = 30 (rounded from 27)
Protein = 5g x 4 = 20
Total Calories = 210 and that's rounding up
There total calories says 240?
subtract the fiber in total carbs

does that rice taste good? those arent terrible stats and those rices are so easy to make. but i could see it tasting awful
Its not bad, I've had that brand (buttery rice and roasted chicken, or something chickeny) before. Its like a small bowl full if you dump it out after cooking. I add extra butter to mine though.
