Erik, I keep a log in the members online journals section so maybe that'd help but basically I have one rowing day and one lat day. I do my rear delt training on both of those days. I do deadlift and squat, but keep it to a much lower volume than my benching. Squatting and deadlifting is essential to powerful leg drive in the bench. haha I'd love to be picked up by Inzer! They make the best bench shirts right now IMO, but I probably need to make some bigger benches in meets before I'm worthy of something like that.
