It starts Sat. Its our first work out back in shirts. As I've posted b4 I've recently hit 625 but missed 640 do to not touching and losing it. I'd wanna open 650 at Europa. I'm plenty strong enough so I guess it's just a matter of controlling the weight in the whole. My upper back is strong enough but I am making a big effort to make it even stronger this summer. Any more advise would be grateful.
