    This guy, Clay Brandenberg, benched 600lbs for 6 reps. Then went on to do 650lbs for 4 reps!

    ...it's more friendly for trainers to say, "yeah, we can help you tone up!" rather than saying, "yeah, we can help you get rid of that fat ass!"

    Yeah like 50" waist and 70" chest The weights go to the end of the 7' bar, hehe. Anyone got any window stickers on their car of a guy weightlifting? I want one...

    What a gut. I bet the bar only moves 2".

    I got a buddy who is as stong as an Ox. He Squats 9 reps 500, benches 500 for 5 deep, clean, slow reps .... now thats impressive.
