Is it true that you get better results if you split up big training sessions into two smaller training sessions at different parts of the day?
For example instead of training M-T-Th-F, train M am/pm,T am/pm, Th am/pm-, Fri am/pm.
This of course would take into account that I never train to failure and always try to keep the CNS fresh for continual gains.
BTW, my goals are althetic, meaning strength/weight ratio, power, and a lean body.
I was thinking of speed/power training in the am, and strength training in the pm.
I have been doing this for the past week, and already feel like I am starting to look leaner, although have stayed the same weight. Just wondering what others opinions/experience is.
